(GR) For domains ending in .gr
The authorization code can be provided using one of the following 2 methods:
- Via our online domain management system found at https://www.hyperhosting.gr/grdomains/ by logging in with your username/password, clicking on "Manage domain" -> click on domain -> "Send Domain AUTH code" on the right-hand side. The AUTH code will be sent immediately via e-mail.
- Via the company you wish to transfer the domain to (they are obligated to send the AUTH code via the domain registry, if they don't do it they don't want to service you). In general, when someone transfers a domain to us we send him the AUTH code ourselves, we don't ask the client to contact the losing registrar.
(EU) For domains ending in .eu
The authorization code can be provided using one of the following 2 methods:
- Via our online domain management system found at https://www.hyperhosting.gr/grdomains/ by logging in with your username/password, clicking on "Manage domain" -> domain -> Send AUTH code (top right). The AUTH code will be sent immediatel via e-mail.
- Via my.eurid.eu, log in using your domain and the email registered for that domain. Then, in the list of "Domain Names," on the right side of the list, click the "Action" button and then "Generate transfer authorisation code." Instantly, a message will appear above, saying:
"The current authorization code for the domain name mydomain.eu is: XXX-XXX-XXX-XXXX."
(COM) For domains ending in .com
To receive the authorization code for your domain that ends in one of the extensions (.com, .biz, .net), you will need to contact us at support@hyperhosting.gr.
